Marui AK Storm Recoil - With Optional Upgrades Available

Here at Combat South we have 3 levels of upgrade available for the Tokyo Marui AK Recoil series, available at point of purchase. From a minimal upgrade to all out, we feel that every level has its merit going from strength to strength. These upgrades have been a long work in progress for us with the guns being built to different specs for staff and players and firmly tested on the field to aim to get the best from your AK Recoil series with price being a key factor throughout all the available levels of upgrade.

Upgrades are completed within a week to ten days from point of purchase, with all guns being tested at our lasered and level shooting range. The levels of upgrades are as follows….

Level 1:

M95 spring, modified standard piston: Simply brings the gun up to approx. 340fps 0.2g/268fps 0.25g/1.07J with better piston durability.

Range: 45-50m straight shot, 50-65m elevated shot using Blaster 0.25g bb’s*

Level 2:

M95 spring, modified standard piston: Simply brings the gun up to approx. 340fps 0.2g/268fps 0.32g/1.07J with better piston durability.

S-hop with custom nub setup enables the gun to lift heavier weight bb’s more efficiently increasing range and accuracy (s-hopped recoil guns are setup and range tested on 0.32g bb’s)

Range: 60-65m straight shot, 65-75m elevated shot using Blaster 0.32g bb’s*

Level 3:

M95 spring: Simply brings the gun up to approx. 340fps 0.2g/268fps 0.32g/1.07J.

Ported Sorbo Pad for AOE correction and SHS Speed Motor. ASG Ultimate Upgrade Gears, FLT bushings, modified Prometheus piston and head to replace the weaker Marui piston, gears and bushings for increased durability at the higher ROF generated by the high-speed motor.

S-hop with custom hop arm and nub setup enables the gun to lift heavier weight bb’s more efficiently increasing range and accuracy (s-hopped recoil guns are setup and range tested on 0.32g bb’s)

Range: 60-65m straight shot, 65-75m elevated shot using Blaster 0.32g bb’s*

*All range tests were conducted on a level, open playing field, both against and with a slight breeze. Temp approx. 19C. Hop on each gun was set to a flat trajectory with no over hop and using a human target. All guns have been tested on 7.4v 1100mah Nuprol lipo’s. All upgraded packages come with 6 months warranty. Bolt release mechanism: Equipped with a bolt release mechanism that pulls the bolt handle to release the auto stop. You can enjoy realistic operation procedures.

Metal parts: Lower and upper receiver, Barrel, Sights and flash hider.

Tough ABS plastic stock, stock tube, M-LOK Rail forgrip, magwell and pistol grip.

M-LOK Rail System: The latest rail system "M-LOK" is used on both sides of the hand guard with under rail. The hand guard that can add rails only to the necessary parts is slim and easy to handle. Width 20 mm (Picatinny standard) M-LOK rail comes with 3 types of 3 slots, 5 slots, 7 slots each. Can be easily attached and detached with the included hexagon wrench.

Various accessory parts: Two types of M-LOK covers, two types of hand stops that support the hand that holds the hand guard, and a special mount that can attach the separately sold "Micro Pro site" at a lower position are included.

Compatible with various muzzle options: By removing the muzzle flash hider, you can install a muzzle option with a 14 mm reverse screw specification such as a silencer.

Steel Press Magazine: A magazine with 90 BB's and a steel press outer case similar to the real one is included. With the built-in follower stopper, you can enjoy firing without inserting BB bullets in the magazine. * The magazine is not compatible with the AK74 magazine.

Magazine adapter included: By attaching the adapter to the main unit, the magazine for electric gun standard type AK can be used. * The auto stop system and bolt release mechanism do not operate when the adapter is installed. Also, the magazine for the next-generation electric gun AK47 cannot be used.
